Truthfully it all depends on YOUR skin type! What works for you may damage someone’s skin. But here are some basics:

Cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and SPF in the morning. 4 steps. 4 ways to healthy skin. 4 skincare necessities. Seems doable enough, no? Let’s break it down:

  • Cleansing: helps remove impurities on the skin and is definitely necessary at night! Find one with a lower ph so your skin will not feel stripped.
  • Toning: helps balance out the skin and brings essentials needed and a great way to prep the skin before moisturizer. 
  • Moisturizing: important to help with protection for your skin! This will also help lock in hydration from your toner. 
  • SPF:  Sun protection is needed every morning even if it is gloomy outside. It will protect your skin from aging and help protect you from skin cancers.

 

 

 

The  short answer is a resounding NO!!!! Popping a pimple may seem like its the problem but it’s not the root cause of what’s going on with your skin. Popping a pimple may cause more harm than good.
