All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you promptly, email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, if applicable.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. Skin sensitivities vary, and individual reactions are beyond our control.

- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for reactions once products have been opened or used.

Shipping Issues
Lisa Seyz Skincare is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
